Carnival games and a wide variety of carnival food booths will also be available, with activities planned for all age levels. Ride tickets will start at 1 ticket for $1.25, or an all-day wristband for unlimited rides starting at $25.

City Manager Fredda Wheeler stated, “Our 150th Anniversary Committee wanted to kick off the school year with a one-of-a-kind, family friendly event, and it has been many years since a carnival came to Toccoa.
