Toccoa Raceway Welcomes New Owners With Ribbon Cutting

Saturday night, the race track on Big A Road held a Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new owners, Mike and Jackie Davidson

Owner Mike Davidson said they want to provide a fun and safe atmosphere for people to enjoy racing.

“We have our beginner classes, which are the four-cylinder and the Stock 8 class,” said Davidson. “Then we go up to Modified Street and Hobby classes and then we have our Limited and Crate Late Model racing. It is all stock car racing.”

Racing takes place on Saturday night with practice at 7 p.m. and racing at 8 p.m.

Admission is $10 for grandstand and $25 for pits and trackside.

The Toccoa Raceway is located on Big A Road.
