TFC Baseball Update

The Toccoa Falls College baseball team drops three of four over the weekend.

On Friday, TFC lost a pair of games.

Toccoa Falls lost to Lindsey Wilson, 14-2, then lost to Madonna University, 11-5.

Then on Saturday, TFC split a doubleheader with Roosevelt University.

The Screaming Eagles won the first game over Roosevelt, 13-5.

Ronnie Stewart had three hits and five RBI’s in the win, while AJ Mussler had three hits and two RBI’s. Tray Hill added two RBI’s in the first game for TFC.

Moving to the second game, TFC lost to Roosevelt, 6-1.

Mussler had two hits and Hill had an RBI for the Screaming Eagles.

TFC has now lost four of its last five on the baseball diamond and is 7-13 overall on the season.

Next up for the Screaming Eagle baseball team is a three-game series at Clearwater Christian College this weekend.

The two teams will play the first game of that series Friday night and then play a doubleheader on Saturday.
