Summer Movie Series Continues Today with Hotel Transylvania -Transformania

The 2024 Summer Movies Series continues today, June 20, at the Historic Ritz Theatre with Hotel Transylvania: Transformania.

The first showing was at 10 a.m. There will be a second showing at 7 p.m.

The  annual Summer Movie Series features family-friendly movies at the Historic Ritz Theatre, located at 139 Doyle Street in downtown Toccoa, every Thursday in June and July.  Showtimes are at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., and offer fun and affordable entertainment for local kids, according to Toccoa Special Events Coordinator Misty Richardson.

For all showings in the Summer Movie Series, movie tickets and concessions are just $1 each. Tickets will be available at the box office starting one hour before show time.

The lineup this year includes UNDER THE BOARDWALK on June 27. The July 4 Summer Movie will be moved to July 5 with a showing of TMNT: ​MUTANT MAYHEM, On July 11 will be ELEMENTAL, SUPER MARIO BROTHERS will be on July 18, and PAW PATROL: ​MIGHTY MOVIE will close out the series on July 25.
