Second Movie to Film in Toccoa

A film production company is making a return visit to film a second movie in Toccoa.

INSP Films has announced that it will film its newest movie, “County Line,” in Stephens County.

This is the same company that filmed the movie “Heritage Falls” in Toccoa earlier this year.

Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce President Julie Paysen said it is an honor to welcome INSP Films back to town again.

“We are so excited they have chosen Toccoa for a second time to film their next movie,” said Paysen, who said filming starts this week.

INSP Films Vice President of Original Movies Gary Wheeler says Toccoa is a perfect location for this production.

Wheeler says the residents, businesses, city and county officials are extremely accommodating and INSP Films sincerely appreciates the genuine hospitality extended to the crew and everyone involved, including the Toccoa Falls College Administration.

As for the movie itself, “County Line” will be a crime drama set in the rural South.

According to Wheeler, “County Line” is something completely new for INSP Films.

He calls it an action-packed, fast-paced murder mystery that opens the door to deeper subjects, embodying western and southern cultures while championing justice, friendship, and loyalty.

“County Line” is produced by INSP Films and will be distributed by Imagicomm Entertainment.

The movie is scheduled for release in late summer or early Fall of 2017.

INSP Films is a theatrical motion picture production company owned by the INSP television network that was founded in 2015 and produces films that are dramatic, inspiring, and family-friendly.
