No Truckers For Kids Run This Year

There will not be a Truckers for Kids toy run or parade this year.

That is from organizers.

They said that health issues in the family of the run’s main organizer, Bear Weaver, have forced the annual holiday event to be postponed this year.

The goal, they added, is to resume the event next year.

Organizers said they appreciate the support each year.

This year, anyone who was planning to donate to Truckers for Kids should instead donate to the Toys for Tots program in Stephens County.
