Jarrell Helping Mt. Airy

Toccoa Police Chief Tim Jarrell will be pulling some double duty for the coming weeks.

Jarrell says he has agreed to assist the town of Mt. Airy part-time as its Interim Police Chief, while also continuing on in Toccoa as Police Chief full-time.

According to accessnorthga.com, Mt. Airy’s current police chief has been placed on administrative leave pending an outcome of reviewing his employment.
