BREAKING: GBI Arrests 3 Following Toccoa Shooting Investigation – 1 Remains At Large

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has arrested and charged Zatorian Y’Deetris Lacy, 21, of Toccoa, with misdemeanor obstruction and disorderly conduct; Christopher Lee Lacy, 28, of Toccoa, with false statements, and Shane Ladarious Lacy, 20, of Toccoa, with false statements.

Agents have taken warrants for Larquavious De’Shyne “Shyne” Colbert, 22, of Toccoa, for aggravated assault, aggravated battery and discharge of a gun near a public highway. Colbert is wanted by law enforcement.

According to the press release, on Saturday afternoon, June 29, Toccoa Police Officers responded to Stephens County hospital in reference to a shooting victim.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, following standard procedure in the case of a shooting, the Toccoa Police Department asked the GBI to assist in the shooting investigation, which revealed that the victim was shot at a home on West Whitman Street after an argument. The victim, identified as Marcus Quillian, had driven himself to the hospital after being shot, and was in critical condition. Quillian was later taken to another hospital where he is currently being treated.

The case will be given to the Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
