Family Connection of Stephens Co. To Host Partner Expo

Family Connection of Stephens County is putting on the 2017 Partner Expo on Wednesday, May 3 from noon to 2.

The expo will allow community partners the opportunity to share with the public and other partners what they contribute to the community.

Family Connections Coordinator Allyson Warren said that the expo gives organizations who work with family and children the chance to put a face and a name with the organization.

“It really gives them an opportunity to understand how they can partner with the agencies that are there that day,” said Warren.

Warren said that there will be a range of private, public, non-profit and faith organizations at the expo.

“It is everybody from Campfire at Camp Toccoa to Powerhouse for Kids to DEFACS will be there that day explaining some of the services they offer,” said Warren.

Partners can begin setting up at 10:45 a.m. and must be ready to begin by noon. The public is also invited to the expo.
