Concert Tonight in Toccoa

Main Street Toccoa will host a special concert tonight at the Ritz Theatre at the Schaefer Center in downtown Toccoa.

The concert will be a performance by tenor Rodrigo Garciarroyo.

According to Main Street Toccoa Events Coordinator Sharon Crosby, helping to put on the concert is the Piatigorsky Foundation.

“They provide classical musicians and send them around the country to rural areas,” said Crosby. “We are real excited about it.”

Garciaarroyo has performed throughout a host of venues in both North America and Latin America during his career, which started in 2007.

Admission is $10 at the door.

The show begins at 7 p.m.
