Missing Man Found Safe

A Toccoa man reported missing has been found safe, according to authorities. Police said that Bobby Terrell Payne had been last seen at his residence on Pine Street in Toccoa on September 30. Toccoa Police Chief Tim Jarrell said on Saturday evening that Payne was found safe at a hospital in Atlanta.
