WNEG to broadcast Franklin County Games in 11U State Little League Baseball Tournament

WNEG will broadcast the Franklin County games in the 11U State Little League Baseball Tournament at Doyle Street Park in Toccoa. 

Franklin County plays Cartersville on Saturday, July 11, at 1:30 p.m., with airtime on WNEG at 1:15 p.m.  If Franklin County wins, they play at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 12. If they lose, they play at 4 p.m. on Sunday.  

Franklin County won the District 7 Championship and a spot in the state tournament by defeating Hart County on June 26, 13-9.   

Other games on Saturday are Peachtree City vs Athens at 11 a.m. and Northern of Columbus vs Smyrna at 4 p.m.  Warner Robins American will play its first game on Sunday at 11 a.m.
