Walker signs with Reinhardt University
SCHS Senior Garrison Walker has committed to attend Reinhardt University this fall.
A Stephens County Indian will be headed to Reinhardt University this fall to play football.
Garrison Walker held a signing ceremony Monday afternoon to announce he is going to Reinhardt, a Division 2 NAIA school in Waleska, Georgia.
Garrison is the son of Gary and Sabrina Walker. He was a 3-year starter for the Indians, playing offensive guard and defensive tackle; and this past season also saw time at fullback.
Garrison was named first-team defensive tackle to last season’s All-Region Team and was our WNEG Player of the Year.
Garrison says he had other offers, but he felt Reinhardt was right for him.
Garrison says he plans to major in marine biology at Reinhardt.
