Volleyball: Lady Indians Kick Off Season in Banks County

The Stephens County Lady Indians Volleyball team will start their season tonight, August 6, by traveling to Banks County to play Prince Avenue Christian and Banks County.  The action begins at 6 p.m. 

Tonight’s match will be the beginning of Coach John LaFevers third season as head coach, and he told WNEG News he has a lot of new faces on this year’s team:

LaFevers says his team is improving, but so are all the other teams in the region.

Assisting LaFevers with the Stephens County Volleyball program are Selina Slate and Katie Parker. 

The Lady Indians will have their home opener this Thursday, August 8, beginning at 5:30 p.m. as they host Barrow Arts & Science Academy at the Currahee Arena.
