Toys for Tots changes pickup date from Dec. 22 to Dec. 20

Toys for Tots Coordinator Don Alexander recently announced a change in pickup dates issued for Friday, Dec. 22.

Approximately 50 families have received a Dec. 22 pickup date; however, Alexander is requesting that those individuals come to the Toys for Tots warehouse on Dec. 20 instead, due to the 22^nd falling so close to Christmas.

Toys for Tots recipients are strongly encouraged to come by the warehouse on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon.

If you are unable to or unavailable to pick-up your requested toys on Wednesday, you will still be able to pick-up your toys on Friday during the same two-hour window of time.

The Toys for Tots warehouse is located in the brown building directly behind Mt. Zion Baptist Church, located on W. Whitman Street, and next to the Toccoa Boys and Girls Club.

Again, if you have a pick-up date for Dec. 22, the date has been changed to Dec. 20; however, for those who are unable to come to the warehouse on the 20^th can still come out on the 22^nd.
