Toccoa Police and Other Agencies respond to Call claiming Hostages and Sniper Rifle

The Toccoa Police Department, Stephens County Sheriff’s Office, Georgia State Patrol, and Georgia Bureau of Investigation responded to a call claiming hostages and a sniper rifle at a residence around 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, January 8, says Toccoa Police Chief Bruce Carlisle.
