Toccoa man arrested for hit-and-run, DUI

A Toccoa man was arrested Wednesday following a single vehicle accident.

According to a report obtained from the Georgia State Patrol, 34-year-old Larry Bradford Moore was traveling south on US-123 when he failed to maintain his lane, lost control of his vehicle, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.

Moore reportedly left the scene of the accident and was later located by Toccoa Police.

He was then transported back to the scene of the crash for further questioning.

Moore was ultimately arrested for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

In addition to DUI, and leaving the scene of an accident, Moore is charged with failure to maintain lane and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
