Toccoa Little League Rookie All-Stars play for District 7 Championship tonight in Tiger

The Toccoa Little League Rookie Baseball All-Stars will play for the District 7 Championship tonight at 7 p.m. at Rabun County Little League in Tiger.

Toccoa will play the winner of the Wednesday night’s Rabun County/Franklin County game.

Tuesday night after trailing 6 to 3, Toccoa came back to defeat Franklin County in a close game, 13 to 12.

The Toccoa Little League Sandlot All-Stars defeated Hart County twice to capture the District 7 title.  Friday, Toccoa won 16 to 2.

Then Tuesday night, Toccoa won over Hart County 19 to 6.

Both Rookie and Sandlot teams will continue play next week in the District 7 Sectionals to be played at Franklin County—dates and times will be announced later.
