Three Arrested in White County Multi-Agency Drug Bust
Three people are facing charges in White County, including a
former White County Detention officer, after a multi-agency drug bust.
Mitchell Posey with the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office tells WNEG News that on June 5th, White County Sheriff’s investigators, agents with ARDEO arrested three individuals following a joint investigation.
Posey said their investigation led authorities to the area of Duke’s Creek Cabins in Helen where multiple units were searched and a search warrant was obtained for another location on Daytona Place in Sautee-Nacoochee.
During the investigation, approximately 40 grams of Methamphetamine was seized along with a quantity of “high grade” marijuana.
According to Posey, the estimated street value of the narcotics was approximately $4,430.
Arrested were 26, year old Conor Christopher Dimick, of Marietta, GA.
Dimick is charged with violation of Parole, and an outstanding warrant for forgery.
41-year old Alan Richard Smith, of Villa Rica, was arrested and charged with parole violation, possession w/intent to distribute controlled substance, and trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine.
He’s being held in the White County Detention Center without bond.
27-year old Kimber La’Ran Clark, of Cleveland, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Bond was set at $5,000.
