Stephens County’s Ben Cleveland Drafted in 3rd Round by Ravens

Former Stephens County Indian and Georgia Bulldog Ben Cleveland was drafted in the 3rd Round of the NFL draft Friday night by the Baltimore Ravens.

Cleveland was the 94th pick in the draft and the Ravens were so impressed with him that they had considered moving up to get him.

Cleveland, who played for the Indians from 2012-2015, was named to the AP All-America 3rd team and was first team All-SEC in his last season with the Bulldogs.

The Ravens, coached by John Harbaugh, were a playoff team last year.
