Stephens County Sheriff’s Office hosts Junior Deputy Camp

JUNIOR DEPUTY CAMP – DAY 5
Congratulations, Junior Deputies!
This morning, Junior Deputies completed a safe driving course, received a pep talk from Batman, and officially graduated from Junior Deputy Camp!
“Junior Deputy Camp is always a great opportunity to foster positive relationships between law enforcement and our future leaders of Stephens County,” said Sheriff Rusty Fulbright. “Students learn about the important work of public safety officials while also having fun, we look forward to this event every year. Congratulations to this year’s group of Junior Deputies!”
Congratulations to all of our Junior Deputies. Throughout the week, students completed two challenges to win the titles of Top Male and Female Shooter and Top Male and Female Safest Driver:
Top Male Shooter – Carson Woody
Top Female Shooter – Ryleigh Mata
Top Male Safest Driver – Rylan Maddie
Top Female Safest Driver – Emery Ivester
Throughout the week, two students showcased outstanding character among their peers. Congratulations to Abel Griffen and Carrington Dobbs for being named our 2026 Best Overall Male and Female Junior Deputies!
