Stephens County Grand Jury Indictments

The Stephens County Grand Jury has issued indictments for four individuals.

Gary Frank Williams was indicted on seven counts dating back to September, 2018 including: rape, two counts of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of child molestation, aggravated sodomy, and criminal attempt to commit a felony.

Hubert Wayne Arrowood was indicted on eleven accounts dating back to December, 2019 including: four counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, four counts of possession of firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of Methamphetamine with intent to distribute, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and abandonment of drugs in a public place.

Thales Serrante Wideman was indicted on four counts dating back to February of 2020 including: possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, and illegal substances within a 1000 ft. of a park.

Joshua Adam Shelton was indicted on five counts dating back to July 5, 2021 including: kidnapping, aggravated assault, aggravated stalking, battery and family violence, and obstruction of an officer.
