Stephens County Grand Jury Hands down Indictments

The Stephens County Grand Jury handed down indictments on Monday.

Adrian Salgado Lopez was indicted for one count of aggravated sodomy, one count of aggravated child molestation, and two counts of incest.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on or around October 17, 2021.

According to the indictment, Lopez allegedly committed an immoral or indecent act to a child under the age of 10 years old.

Joseph Lee Hendrick was indicted for one count of aggravated child molestation and one count of incest for an incident that occurred between the first day of January 2019 and the last day of December of 2019.

According to the indictment, Hendrick allegedly unlawfully engaged in sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 16-years-old.

Willie Thomas Hanna, Jr. was indicted for one count of aggravated assault, one count of false imprisonment, one count of terroristic threats, one count of cruelty to children in the third degree, one count of obstruction of an officer, one count of criminal trespass, and one count of simple battery.

Hanna’s charges stem from an incident that occurred between June 21 and June 22, 2021.

Ryan Edward Fleeman was indicted for one count of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated sodomy, and one count of battery under the family violence act.

Fleeman’s charges stem from an incident that occurred on November 23, 2021.
