SCMS Baseball Season Underway

The Stephens County Middle School baseball team is off to a good start in its new season.

First, the Rebels defeated Elbert County last Friday by a score of 23-0.

Then last Saturady, the Rebels swept Rabun County in a doubleheader, winning the games by scores of 4-0 and 7-0 respectively.

Tuesday, the Rebels tied Franklin County 11-11 when the game was called after five innings.

Stephens County’s middle school baseball team will be at Hart County today at 4:30 p.m. and will host Habersham in a doubleheader beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday.
