SCHS’s Hutto signs Softball Scholarship with Furman University

Stephens County High School (SCHS) held a ceremony for Nyleigh Hutto, who signed a softball scholarship with Furman University on Friday night, February 6. Hutto, daughter of Amethyst and Heath Hutton, said this is a dream come true.

SCHS Head Softball Coach Savannah Canady said she is very proud of Hutto.

Hutto plans to study biology at Furman in hopes of becoming a marine biologist one day.
