SCHS Tennis competes at Region Tournament

The Stephens County High School (SCHS) varsity tennis teams opened up their region tournament Tuesday morning at the East Jackson High School courts.  The Lady Indians swept the Franklin County girls by a match score of 3-0.  The Indians nipped the Franklin County boys’ team by a match score of 3-2. In the afternoon semi-finals, both SCHS teams lost to Hebron Christian. The Lady Indians lost 1-3; the Indians lost 0-3. Wednesday morning at 9:30, the SCHS teams will play Hart County in the 3 vs 4 consolation round.
