SCHS Indians to travel to North Hall tonight in high school football

The Stephens County Indians football team will be on the road tonight as they travel to North Hall to take on the Trojans.

Kickoff will be at 7:30.

The Indians opened their season last Friday at The Reservation with a 34 to 20 win over White County.

North Hall also won their first game of the season at Paulding County, 23 to 14.

In that game, North Hall’s senior running back, Kevin Rochester, rushed for 248 yards and a touchdown.

Last night on the Crunch Time radio program, Indians linebacker coach, Kirk Rogers, said the Indians defense will have a tough challenge ahead of them tonight.

Stephens County won last year’s matchup with North Hall here in Toccoa, 34 to 0.

In other games tonight:  Hart County will play at White County, Habersham Central will host Apalachee, Commerce will travel to Pickens County, and East Jackson goes to Jackson County.

Rabun County will host Pace Academy on Saturday.

Franklin County’s game at Banks County has been called off due to Covid restrictions.
