SCHS Indians set to play Oconee County next Friday in high school football
The Stephens County Indians football team will not have a game tonight due to the open date on their schedule.
The Indians will carry their 1 and 5 record into Region 8-AAAA play next week when they travel to Watkinsville to face former Stephens County football coach Travis Noland and the Oconee County Warriors on Friday, October 18th.
However, there are two games to open the Region 8-AAAA schedule tonight.
Madison County will host North Oconee and Oconee County will play at St. Pius.
Elsewhere in the area tonight, Franklin County will be on the road to Morgan County, Hart County host Jefferson, Habersham Central will travel to Gainesville, and Commerce goes to Lakeview Academy.
Banks County, Rabun County and White County all have the week off this week.
