SCHS hosting job fair next week for high school students looking for summer work

High school students will soon be out for the summer months and many will be looking for work.

That’s why the Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce is encouraging local businesses to sign up for a booth at the upcoming High School Career Fair.

The fair takes place next Wednesday, May 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Legacy Center at Stephens County High School.

With the current shortage of workers in some area businesses, this might be a good opportunity to fill staff openings at your business.

You can reserve a booth by calling Pam Hill at 706-886-6825 ext. 6833.

To just leave information at the career fair regarding available openings you can email your job applications to Samantha Rickman at [email protected]
