SCHS Boys Advance to State
The Stephens County High School Cross Country teams participated in the Region 8-AAA meet Friday at Jefferson.
The boys team qualified for the state meet in Carrollton this weekend. The boys were paced by Grady Sanders with a time of 17:04.
The girls team barely missed out on a trip to state by finishing 5th, but they ran their best team time of the season. The Lady Indians were paced by Grace Witherspoon who finished 11th overall.
