Register for Kindergarten in the Stephens County School System
It’s time to register for kindergarten in the Stephens County School
System, says School and Community Engagement Coordinator April James.
“It’s almost time to register the Class of 2038. For parents or
guardians to have time to plan and gather documents, here is the
kindergarten registration information. The Stephens County School System will host two in-person kindergarten registration events:
Big A Elementary, 289 Sorrells Road, Eastanollee, GA 30538
Thursday, March 13, 2025 | 4:00–6:00 PM
Friday, March 14, 2025 | 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025.
Registration Steps:
1. Start Online: Beginning March 3, 2025, visit

2. Gather the Required Documents as stated on the website.
3. Attend In-Person Registration: Bring your child and the required
documents to one of the in-person dates above. No appointment is needed!
Students will complete a school readiness assessment during
registration. Each registered student will receive a free T-shirt (while
supplies last)!”
