Recent Rains anticipated to improve Drought Status for Toccoa-Stephens County

Recent rains are anticipated to improve the drought status for Toccoa-Stephens County, says Chris Horne, a Meteorologist with the US National Weather Service Greenville-Spartanburg SC. 

Horne expects the drought status will be upgraded.
