Rebels Fall in Close Games

The Stephens County Middle School 8^th grade boys dropped a couple of games on Wednesday and Thursday.

On Wednesday, Hart County defeated the Rebels 51-45. Jet Black led SCMS with 12 points, Javin Gordon had 9, Tripp Underwood 8, and Andrew Keown 7.

On Thursday, the 8^th grade boys lost a tight 35-33 game to Madison County. Andrew Keown led the scoring for SCMS with 14 points and Javin Gordon added 7.

The games were a start to 6 games on 6 weekdays stretch. The Rebels will return to action today at Habersham County, have a home and away with Franklin County on Monday and Wednesday, and at Rabun County on Tuesday. The 8^th grade boys are now 2-3 in Region play.

As of broadcast time, WNEG has not received results from the other Rebels basketball teams.
