Rebels 8th Grade Boys Fall at Madison

The Stephens County Middle School 8^th grade boys fell to Madison County Middle School Thursday night 46-36 in Danielsville.

SCMS battled to a tie score at the half. After Madison opened up a lead in the 2^nd half, the Rebels battled back to cut the lead to 4 with less than a minute to go, but came up short after some late turnovers.

Javin Gordon scored 19 points to lead the Rebels, Andrew Keown added 8 points, and Semaji Walker had 4.

The 8^th grade Rebels fall to 4-6 in the Region and will return to action Monday at Elbert County Middle School. The SCMS girls teams will host Elbert Monday.
