Only 1.49 Inches of Rain fell in Toccoa in April
The City of Toccoa only had 1.49 inches of rain in April, reports Andrew Kimball, a meteorologist for the US National Weather Service Greenville-Spartanburg SC, which covers Northeast Georgia.
He gives the drought status for Toccoa.
