WNEG News just spoke with TCoP Bruce Carlisle, who is out patrolling city roads as the snow begins to accumulate, and he said that, as of 9:15 a.m. there are already patches of roadway, especially where water tends to stand, that are icy and slick. City and County first responders are again urging people who do not need to be on the road, to stay home, and if you must travel, do so slowly and carefully.
