There will be public viewing Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 6 pm- 7pm, at Moss-Stovall-Neal Funeral Home. The funeral is Thursday, January 22, 2026, 2 pm, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 55 S. Alexander Street, Toccoa, Ga 30577.
