Mrs. Willie Frances Drew Smith, age 97 of Toccoa, passed away Monday (Sep 7) in Atlanta after an extended illness. Services will be held Saturday morning (Sep 12) at 11:00am from Trinity C.M.E. Church with burial to follow in Toccoa City Cemetery. Drew Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Willie Frances Drew Smith.
