Mrs. Sharon Bohannon Englin

Mrs. Sharon Bohannon Englin, age 66 of Jenkins Ferry Road, Martin, Georgia passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A daughter of the late Troy and Jeanette Merck Bohannon, she was born October 10,1959 in Stephens County, Georgia where she had lived all her life.  She was a homemaker.  She loved shopping, blue eye shadow, the color pink and Pepsi.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Englin in 2020, by a son, Christopher Bohannon and by her siblings, Mary Bohannon and Terry Bohannon.

She is survived by a son, Dusty Englin; daughters, Jamie Jones and Jennifer (Clay) Rumsey; grandchildren, Dustin Englin, JR Englin, Devan Turpin, Whitley Daugherty, Maci Jones, Ryan Jones, Eli Simpson, Mya Rumsey and Clayton Rumsey; great-grandchildren, Finlea Daugherty, Lakelyn Bell and Hayslee Alexander; brother, Allen Bohannon.

Graveside services Thursday, July 23, 2026, 2 p.m. at Zebulon Baptist Church Cemetery with The Reverend Ray Bohannon officiating.  The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Ryan Jones, Eli Simpson, Devan Turpin, JR Englin, Dustin Englin and Hank Bohannon.

Interment to follow in the Zebulon Baptist Church Cemetery with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Sharon Bohannon Englin.
