Mrs. Rebecca Stinnett, age 77 of Arlene Street, Toccoa, GA passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 11am Monday, July 27,2020 at Toccoa City Cemetery with Rev. Melvin Tukes officiating. Public viewing will be Sunday, July 26, 2020 from 2-6pm at the funeral home. Moss-Stovall-Neal Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
