Mrs. Paula Kaye Spangler Wheeler
Mrs. Paula Kaye Spangler Wheeler, age 64 of Skyview Lane, Toccoa passed away Thursday, April 10, 2025 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville.
A daughter of the late Gerald Ray Spangler and Norma Gladys Talbott Spangler, she was born December 11, 1960 in Stephens County, Georgia where she had lived most of her life. She was employed with Stephens County Hospital and Chick-fil-A and was a member of First Baptist Church Toccoa and Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed reading, gardening, photography, lakeside activities, mystery and TV shows.
Survivors include her husband, John Wheeler of the home; two daughters and son-in-law, Jessica Pruitt and her fiancé Jarard Alley of Toccoa and Ally and William Brown; son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Jodi Wheeler of Macon, Georgia; twelve grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Memorial services will be Sunday April 13th at 2 o’clock p.m. in the Sanctuary at First Baptist Church with The Reverend Brett Sanders and The Reverend David Ritcey officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Toccoa Life Family Resource Center, 1627 Carnes Creek Road, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 of First Baptist Church, Local Missions, 475 E. Tugalo Street, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 in memory of Mrs. Paula Spangler Wheeler.
