Mrs. Hylon Grace Wiley Beaty

Mrs. Hylon Grace Wiley Beaty, age 95 of Rock Creek Road, Toccoa passed away Friday, August 7, 2020 at the Stephens County Hospital.

A daughter of the late Samuel Lee Wiley and Emma Poole Wiley, she was born April 10, 1925 in Oglethorpe County, Georgia having lived most of her life in Stephens County, Georgia. She was employed with Coats and Clark for a number of years and was a member of Rock Creek Baptist Church. She loved spending time working in her flowers and garden and loved reading and crocheting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Beaty, sister, Louise Jarrett Whitlock and by a brother, Wayne Wiley.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Ronnie Caudell of Toccoa; son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Karen Beaty of Eastanollee; grandchildren, Jeffery Beaty, Amanda and John Steinburger, Kayla and Jason Smith and Kyle and Adam Caudell; great-grandchildren, Aletha Beaty, Easton and Ayden Smith, Carson Steinburger and Amelia and Leyah Beaty; great-great grandchild, Dustin Graley; sister, Betty Williams of Easley, South Carolina.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 11, 2020, 2 O’clock p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Ken Jackson and The Reverend Roger Elrod officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Jason Smith, Jeff Beaty, Barry Williams, Michael Jarrett, Perry Smith, Johnny Graley and Tom Jarrett.

The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Monday, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Due to the current health conditions of our community, social distancing must be observed. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.acree-davisfh.com.

Interment will follow in the Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Acree-Davis Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Hylon Grace Wiley Beaty.
