Mrs. Charlotte Eunice Banks Cash

Mrs. Charlotte Eunice Banks Cash, age 82, of Toccoa passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at her home.

Born December 14, 1942 in Fayetteville, GA, she was the daughter of the late Albert R. and Vera C. Burdette Banks.

Mrs. Cash was a homemaker and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.  She loved her family and enjoyed traveling.

Family members include her husband of 38 years, Joseph “Joe” Carroll Cash; daughter, Kimberly Cilley (David); sons, Steve Hester and Wayne Hester; stepson, Joey Cash (Kim DeVault); sister, Wendy Gatlin (Jack); six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gerald Banks.

Graveside services will be held at twelve noon Friday, April 4, 2025 at Roselane Cemetery with the Rev. Jack Gatlin officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Whitlock Mortuary to assist with funeral arrangements.
