Mrs. Carolyn Juanita White Pruitt

Mrs. Carolyn Juanita White Pruitt, age 95, of Toccoa, GA passed away peacefully on Monday, August 17, 2026 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Born on December 25, 1930 in Toccoa, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Ira and Maybell White. She shared many cherished years with the love of her life, the late Harold J. Pruitt. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with love, family, and countless treasured memories.

She was a caring and dedicated member of the Stephens County Hospital staff for many years, as well as a talented seamstress who specialized in creating custom wedding gowns. She was also the proud owner of a charming little boutique where she lovingly designed and crafted unique, one-of-a-kind porcelain dolls. She was of the Baptist faith and a devout member of the Eastanollee Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughters, Diane Westbrook (Kenneth) and Donna Alderman (Kevin), and son, Bruce Pruitt (Gloria). Additional survivors include many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 10:00 am until the service hour Saturday, August 22, 2026.

Funeral services will be held at 11 o’clock Saturday, August 22, 2026 from the Chapel of Whitlock Mortuary with Pastor Mike Franklin officiating.

Burial will follow at Eastanollee Baptist Church Cemetery.
