Mrs. April Lynn Evans Moore

Mrs. April Lynn Evans Moore, age 51, of Toccoa, Georgia, passed away Monday, November 24, 2025 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia.

 

A daughter of the late Jimmy Frank Evans and Carolyn Patricia Roberson Bishop, she was born September 23, 1974 in Stephens County where she lived most of her life. She was employed with Canberg and Company, Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. She loved wrestling and Georgia Bulldogs. She was a huge fan of Motley Crue and loved her grand dog. She was of the Christian faith and loved all things important to her especially her children.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Moore.

 

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Matt Kellar of Toccoa; son, David Austin Moore of Gainesville; sisters, Laurie Nix of Tallapoosa, Georgia, Bailee Bishop of Alpharetta and Brandy Evans of Eastanollee; a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 2 P.M. in the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Ryan Bennett officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Kyle Lewallen, Matt Kellar, Seth Devault, Brandon Kellar and Chris Hansen.
