Mr. Michael Thomas Farmer

Mr. Michael Thomas Farmer, age 65, of Toccoa, passed away Friday, July 24, 2020 at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.

Born December 12, 1954 in Commerce, GA, he was a son of Glenn Thomas Farmer and the late Doris Wilbanks Farmer.

He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was retired from Dempster.  Michael was a car enthusiast and he enjoyed riding motorcycles.  He had also earned his 3^rd degree Black Belt in Karate.

Family members include his daughter and son-in-law, Jonnie and Aaron McGiveron of Oregon; son, Ethan Farmer of Oregon; sister, Debbie Heaton of Toccoa; niece, Kim Weaver; nephew, Brian Pace; and his best friend, Kent Garrison of Toccoa.

Mr. Farmer’s wishes were to be cremated.

Inurnment will be 1pm Tuesday at Roselane Mausoleum.
