Mr. Michael Ross Harris, age 70 of Skyview Lane, Toccoa, GA passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at his residence following an extended illness. Funeral services for will  be 12:00 noon Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Christ Fellowship. Interment will follow at Toccoa City Cemetery. Public viewing for Mr Harris will be Friday, November 5, from 3-7:00 pm at Moss Stovall Neal Funeral Home.
