Mr. Michael “Mick” Patrick Luchsinger

Mr. Michael “Mick” Patrick Luchsinger, age 57 of Toccoa passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

The son of Karen Luchsinger and the late Patrick Luchsinger, he was born May 26, 1969, in Des Moines, Iowa.  He served his country as a U.S. Marine for four years.  He loved to cook, loved Georgia football, loved to laugh and share funny stories and loved his family. He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother, Karen Luchsinger of St. Louis, Missouri; his wife of the home, Tammy Goss Luchsinger; two daughters and son-in, Stephanie Lewis of Cumming, Georgia and Heather and Brandon Stevanus of Martin, Georgia; grandchildren, Gunnar, Anna and Millie; sister, Kim Timmons of St. Louis, Missouri; father-in-law, Lane Goss of Toccoa.

To honor his wishes, he will be cremated.  A memorial service will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 2 p.m. in the Hillcrest Chapel of the Acree-Davis Funeral Home with The Reverend Jerrell Beatty officiating.  The family will receive friends at Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday, from 1 p.m. until the service time.
