Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the Moss-Stovall-Neal Funeral Home Chapel, 55 S. Alexander Street, Toccoa, Ga.

Visitation will be 2-4:00 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the Funeral home prior to the funeral service.
