Mr. Jack Alexander Loudermilk Sr.

Mr. Jack Alexander Loudermilk Sr. age 87 of Toccoa passed away Saturday April 3, 2021 at his residence.

 

A son of the late Edward and Maude Alexander Loudermilk, he was born October 28, 1933 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived all of his life. He was a 1952 graduate of Toccoa High School where he was a all state football player. He was a veteran of the United States Army Signal Corp. having served in the Korean War. He owned and operated DEL-JAC Construction Company. He was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and the V.F.W. He is preceded in death by a son Jack Loudermilk Jr. grandson Dustin Smith, brother Bill Loudermilk and sister Ruth Williams.

 

Survivors include his wife of sixty-five years Delores Peck Loudermilk of the home, daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Steve Terrell of Toccoa, son and daughter-in-law Eddie and Rita Loudermilk of Toccoa, five grandchildren Dalton Loudermilk, Logan Loudermilk, Lacey Loudermilk, Zoie Segars and Whitney Adams, eight great-grandchildren Gaige Adams, Brogann Adams, Christopher Allen, Corbin Allen, Konnor Loudermilk, Kohlton Loudermilk and Zaiden McCullough.

 

Funeral services will be held Wednesday April 7, 2021 at 2 P.M. at the Hillcrest Chapel of Acree-Davis Funeral Home with the Reverend Andy Childs officiating. The family will be at the home and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Wednesday from noon until service time.

 

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers Jake Segars, David Owenby, Rob Loudermilk, Dalton Loudermilk and Logan Loudermilk.

 

Interment will follow in Stephens Memorial Gardens with military honors by the Georgia National Guard.
